Club Stands

The club booking window is now OPEN! We are doing things slightly differently this year in terms of ticket sales. Between now and 31st March bookings are only open for clubs, from 1st April the individual passes will go on sale.

The reason for the change is to save on admin time and so that we have a clear understanding of how the club areas need to be marked out. As I am sure you can imagine, Penshurst Place is a very popular venue for weddings, especially in the summer, so we have very limited access and time to mark up the club area ahead of the show.

Below you will see a link to the form, please can your club representative fill this in  and return it to us via clubs@classicsatpenshurst.co.uk. It is important that you use this dedicated clubs email please, not the general info@ address. To qualify for a dedicated area there must be a minimum of 8 vehicles. Any groups smaller than this who wish to park together should purchase individual passes and arrive together please

The passes will be sent via Royal Mail to the club representative on the form to be distributed to your members. Plots must be booked and paid for prior to 31st March. From the 1st April tickets go on general sale and no further club spaces can be allocated. The club spaces are limited (we have the same amount available as last year), so we advise you to reserve and pay  for your area ASAP, a reservation cannot be confirmed until payment is made, all of the details are on the form.

Thank you for your assistance in supporting us with this change. The show, and in particular the clubs area, takes a lot of organising and we are not a large event company. We all have day jobs and are just like you, classic car enthusiasts who enjoy nothing better than being in a big field surrounded by classic cars and like-minded people!
